Nancy met Everett Edward Van Zee at a dance in Chugwater, Wyoming.  They were married
10 July, 1950 in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

They made their home in Cheyenne where he worked as an Engineer for the railroad.

To the left is Nancy with her first child, a son,
Everette Dean Van Zee (1951 - 2002).
A beautiful daughter was added to the family.

Tragedey struck when their son contracted Infantile Paralysis, also known as Polio.  He wore an arm and leg braces.

More children were added to the family,
another son and another precious daughter.as seen below.


Sadly, Everette died 18 Feb 1961 in the hospital at Cheyenne, Wyoming from peritonitis following  appendicitis.  Nancy and the children moved to
Briggsdale, Colorado where her parents lived.
Then later moved with them to Fort Collins, Colorado.
It was there that she met Ken Jerabek and married him.

Two little boys were born to their union.
(See picture on left).
After several years of marriage, Nancy and Ken were divorced.  However,
he remained close to the children.
Nancy later married Ted Bond.  There
were no children born to their union.

Her family continued to grow and flourish.
